This role is based in London, UK.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead strategic programs with large scale activities that span multiple teams and business partners.
  • Ensure successful execution of complex, cross-functional programs.
  • Work closely with program executive sponsors to scope and operationalize successful programs.
  • Build alignment among key program stakeholders.
  • Spot and creatively solve complex operational issues.
  • Identify opportunities for efficiencies and process improvement.
  • Assemble and mobilize teams to execute on program objectives.
  • Represent the organization with company leadership.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • 7+ years’ experience in a management consulting or strategic program management role.
  • Proven track record of communication skills and experience presenting to executive audiences.
  • Experience in change management and operationalizing programs.
  • BA/BS degree.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience leading global programs with international teams.
  • Experience in Corporate Real Estate Organizations.
