Program Manager, Integrity Compliance Office

This role is based in London, UK.

Responsibilities:

• Support the execution of the EU/UK Integrity Office Governance and Reporting strategy.
• Build, develop and maintain Governance and Reporting structures.
• Drive the design and continuous iteration of the Governance and Reporting Framework.
• Develop compliance measurement programs including metrics and key performance indicators.
• Support compliance monitoring activities across Meta’s family of Apps.
• Collaborate with Legal and other partners to ensure compliance oversight.

Minimum Qualifications:

• 6+ years of experience in compliance governance frameworks.
• Experience with enterprise and regulatory risk strategies.
• Proven ability to prepare updates for Boards and management.
• Operational experience with content-related regulations.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Certified compliance or risk professional.
• Experience in technology, regulatory, or consulting sectors.
• Extensive experience in building compliance frameworks.
