This role is based in Mountain View, California, with a hybrid work model (3 days in-office).

Compensation:

USD $68,300 - $137,900 per year

Responsibilities:

• Execute hiring plans and balance multiple expectations for budget and time.
• Analyze data to recommend hiring strategies that meet business needs.
• Attract candidates through effective storytelling about Microsoft’s unique opportunities.
• Enhance candidate experience and maintain satisfaction throughout the hiring process.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree and 2+ years of talent acquisition or HR experience.
• Experience recruiting for cybersecurity or specialized technical roles is preferred.
