This position is remote, based in the US, TX.

Compensation:

$128,000 - $270,250/year based on level and experience.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage logistics execution operational programs and partner performance.
  • Set goals and performance objectives, monitor and adjust as needed.
  • Develop and deliver programs and projects from inception to close-out.
  • Collaborate on business continuity plans and communication.
  • Evaluate and recommend new policies and procedures impacting operations.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Transportation, Logistics, Supply Chain or related field.
  • Minimum of 8 years of experience in global Transportation, Logistics, Supply Chain.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to influence cross-functional teams.
  • Strong analytical skills with a focus on data-driven decision-making.
