This role is based in London, UK with a hybrid work model of 3 days in the office per week.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead creative direction for OpenAI’s Growth partnerships across campaigns, content, experiences, events, and collaborations.
  • Collaborate closely with external partners and internal functions to shape partnership concepts from early ideation through launch.
  • Ensure creative work across partnerships maintains a high standard of craft, storytelling, and brand alignment.
  • Guide partners, agencies, creators, and production teams in bringing collaborative ideas to life.
  • Identify opportunities where partnerships can express OpenAI’s mission in compelling and culturally relevant ways.

Requirements:

  • 10+ years agency or in-house experience working on brands with strong, consistent meaning for consumers across international markets.
  • Strong portfolio demonstrating creative leadership across campaigns, partnerships, or large-scale collaborations.
  • Experience developing creative work with global brands across industries.
  • Strong conceptual instincts and the ability to translate complex technologies into clear, compelling ideas.
