GTM Recruiter - EMEA

This role is based in either London, UK or Dublin, Ireland.

Responsibilities:

• Own end-to-end hiring for GTM roles, from scoping to offer and close.
• Partner with senior business leaders to define hiring strategies.
• Build and execute data-informed sourcing strategies to attract diverse talent.
• Deliver an exceptional candidate experience reflecting OpenAI’s values.
• Continuously improve recruiting processes and implement scalable solutions.

Requirements:

• 7+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, ideally in high-growth environments.
• Proven track record of hiring for GTM functions.
• Strong talent judgment and ability to influence senior stakeholders.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
