Sourcer, Forward Deployed Engineering - London

This role is based in London, UK, utilizing a hybrid work model of 3 days in the office per week. Relocation assistance is offered, and travel up to 50% is required.

Responsibilities:

• Ensure an exceptional candidate experience from outreach to onsite interviews.
• Utilize creative strategies to discover talent through events.
• Maintain organized and data-driven candidate tracking.
• Represent OpenAI at conferences and events.

Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience in technical sourcing.
• Proven track record of delivering candidate volume with responsiveness.
• Strong ability to hire top 1% talent.
• Excellent communication skills for engaging diverse teams.
• Proficiency with ATS and modern recruitment tools.
