Finance Manager I, Marketing Finance

This role is based in San Francisco with remote options available.

Compensation:

$98,561—$202,918/year

Responsibilities:

• Lead the end-to-end delivery of OPEX and headcount forecasting.
• Partner with marketing leaders to optimize resource allocation.
• Deliver financial reporting and insights to executives.
• Create dashboards for key performance indicators.
• Build financial models for growth initiatives.
• Drive process improvements across Finance.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance.
• 3–5+ years in corporate finance or FP&A.
• Exceptional spreadsheet skills.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Experience with planning/ERP tools.
• Curious, AI-forward mindset.
