Compensation:

$98,561—$202,918/year

Responsibilities:

  • Lead OPEX and headcount forecasting for the MC2 Marketing team.
  • Optimize resource allocation across marketing initiatives.
  • Deliver financial reporting and insights to executives.
  • Create dashboards for monitoring performance indicators.
  • Build financial models for growth and margin initiatives.
  • Drive process improvements within the finance team.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance, 3–5+ years of relevant experience.
  • Exceptional spreadsheet skills and experience with financial dashboards.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Experience working with marketing or sales teams.
  • Comfortable in a fast-paced environment.
  • Familiarity with planning/ERP tools.
  • Curious, AI-forward mindset.
