Compensation:

$120,321—$247,718 USD

Responsibilities:

  • Manage and mentor a team of instructional designers and program managers.
  • Design and maintain engaging learning and certification programs.
  • Oversee the launch and evolution of certification programs.
  • Build relationships with cross-functional partners to align training solutions with business needs.
  • Drive continuous improvement using data analysis and learner feedback.

Requirements:

  • 10+ years in instructional design or learning & development, with at least 2 years in a management role.
  • Experience in building and launching eLearning and certification programs.
  • Strong project management skills and ability to deliver in a fast-paced environment.
  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience.
