Compensation:
$120,082—$210,000 USD
Responsibilities:
- Define and enact omnichannel support strategy, including live chat and phone support.
- Improve operational efficiency through systems configurations and tooling developments.
- Lead cross-functional support infrastructure projects, ensuring alignment on objectives.
- Champion privacy and security compliance in support infrastructure.
Requirements:
- BS in a technical discipline or equivalent experience (5+ years in a technical role).
- 3+ years experience in a technology management role.
- 4+ years working with support infrastructure and omnichannel customer support systems.
- Strong technical breadth and judgment.
- Proven ability to lead multidisciplinary teams.
