This role is based in San Francisco with remote options available.

Compensation:

$120,082—$210,000 USD

Responsibilities:

  • Define and enact omnichannel support strategy, including live chat and phone support.
  • Improve operational efficiency through systems configurations and tooling developments.
  • Lead cross-functional support infrastructure projects, ensuring alignment on objectives.
  • Champion privacy and security compliance in support infrastructure.

Requirements:

  • BS in a technical discipline or equivalent experience (5+ years in a technical role).
  • 3+ years experience in a technology management role.
  • 4+ years working with support infrastructure and omnichannel customer support systems.
  • Strong technical breadth and judgment.
  • Proven ability to lead multidisciplinary teams.
