Sr. Technical Program Manager

This role is based in San Francisco or remote, requiring in-person collaboration up to 4 times a year.

Compensation:

$120,082—$247,228/year

Responsibilities:

• Drive technical needs of Trust Ops priorities and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
• Define new processes to streamline collaboration.
• Develop and manage end-to-end technical product solutions.
• Facilitate communication and influence positive change across teams.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or equivalent experience.
• 6+ years of experience in high growth technology companies.
• Project management experience in a cross-functional environment.
• Analytical and problem-solving skills with large-scale systems.
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
